Item description:
Miha is a sec red sparkling wine at the top of its class.
The base wine is made through a special procedure where besides pigment, as little tannic acid as possible is lixiviated. The wine matures on lees for at least two years. In this time it develops an extraordinary aroma and harmonic taste.
It is served at 8 to 10 C with select venison or as an independent drink.
